Showbie helps teachers transform their classrooms through tools that help create an engaging and collaborative virtual working environment. Their business has grown exponentially over the past 10 years. Showbie is committed to keeping their hub in Edmonton and this office allows for future growth.
The graphic color palette was inspired by their branding and grounded with matte finishes and raw edge Baltic birch. Open ceilings and polished concrete floors enhance the stripped-down feeling of this light-filled space. The workstations areas are relatively neutral while the internal meeting spaces are filled with color and pattern.
The staff area works as a space for relaxation, nourishment, play, and work – the lounge and steps create a gathering space for town halls.
The peg walls in every meeting space are a graphic element that allows for easy reconfiguration of shelving and technology and provides space for display.
