Like the rest of you, we have been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19. The health and well-being of our team, our clients and our community at large is a top priority.

We have been aligning our policies with the Government of Canada, Government of Alberta and Alberta Health Services recommendations. We are working with our staff and IT team on work from home options and ensuring that remote technology if required, will work seamlessly. Currently, our office remains open for business.

As it is important to us minimize disruptions to your projects, we have adopted the following policies to flatten the curve:

Meetings
We all want to do our part to reduce the risk of community spread. As such, we have canceled all in-office meetings, including product knowledge sessions and lunch & learns. Our team will be reaching out to you to reschedule meetings via conference call/video conferencing.

We understand that some aspects of a project cannot be done remotely.  Therefore, site meetings & inspections will be considered on a case by case basis and reviewed in advance with all parties to minimize contact and exposure.

Travel
All business travel is canceled. All non-urgent travel is discouraged for staff and immediate family members. If travel is required, staff may be required to self-quarantine for 14 days upon return.

Health & Welfare
We are promoting healthy preventative habits for all our staff. Enhanced handwashing is encouraged before and after contact with commonly used surfaces. Sanitizer has been provided for use and staff are encouraged to disinfect frequently and commonly used areas such as doorknobs, light switches, keyboards, phones and kitchen surfaces. Overall office cleaning has been increased as well.

We have asked all staff who are sick to remain home. If they or any immediate family member has comprised immunity or is considered high-risk, we encourage them to practice social distancing and remain at home.

Team members will not be attending industry events or group functions.

While these are challenging and unprecedented times, we are confident in our strength as an industry and as a society at large. And thank you to all the front line workers, from healthcare to grocery stores, for keeping us healthy and functioning.

Thank you for your business and your understanding as we all navigate this unique time in our history.

Stay safe, be kind and wash your hands!

Chris, Michele, Carrie, Michelle, Rana, Emily, Crystal & Suzanne
