Grow Lending Group

For Grow Lending, the concept was in the name. Growth, possibility, and the potential
that anyone can attain if they reached out and grab it. The company is dedicated to
crafting loans to help people achieve their unique aspirations.

Designed for an independent team, this space combines private offices with communal
amenities, giving people the flexibility of private meetings in their office, formal meetings
in the boardroom, and casual conversations at the kitchen island.

To accent this space, we selected a modern finish package to reflect Grow’s commentary
personal financing, focusing on a bold, black and white palette with accents of green
and natural wood. Floor-to-ceiling glazing was selected to make the small space feel
larger and a graphic carpet tile was installed so its pattern transitioned as it passes under
the glass walls.

Overall, the design is bold and energizing, just like the people who inspired it.
