General office accommodation is the primary focus of this project with a variety of collaborative and special purpose spaces to allow for a flexible workplace for employees. The space is designed to 6-foot office standard, adhering to COVID-19 social distancing protocols and accommodating individuals of all abilities. Each floor is assigned a different accent color, injecting the space with energy and acting as additional way-finding.
