Located in the heart of downtown, we completed the design and construction of the Evoolution’s flagship store in just 14 weeks, coinciding with the opening day of the outdoor farmers’ market. Since the launch of the downtown location in 2012, Wolski has also led the creation of the client’s Southgate and Enjoy Centre locations.
It’s easy to trace the design of Evoolution back to the earthy origins of oil and vinegars, with its palette sampling plenty of natural elements—warm wood displays, fresh olive green walls, slate chalkboards, stained concrete floors and decorative twig panels on the cash desk and back wall. Track lights bridge the various ceiling heights, making the fustis sparkle.
